What is Serenato?
Serenato is a curated wellbeing gift shop offering soul-soothing products designed to support mindfulness, inner peace, and sacred living. Every item is selected to inspire calm, clarity, and self-connection.

Where are your products sourced from?
We partner with trusted suppliers through ethical dropshipping platforms to bring you high-quality, wellness-inspired products from around the world.

Gifts & Personalization

Can I send a gift directly to someone else?
Yes! Simply enter the recipient’s name and shipping address at checkout. We never include pricing in the package, so it’s ready to be gifted.

Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized notes?
Coming soon! We’re working on adding beautiful wrapping and handwritten notes for that extra personal touch.

Are your products eco-friendly or ethically made?
We’re actively working toward expanding our range of eco-conscious and ethically made products. Product descriptions include information about materials and certifications when available.

Orders

How do I place an order?
You can order anytime at www.serenato.com.au. Simply browse by collection or intention, add your chosen items to the cart, and follow the secure checkout process.

Can I add a personalised message to my order?
At this stage, we don’t offer personalised messaging. We’re working on it and hope to introduce this option soon!

How do I know my order was placed successfully?
After placing your order, a confirmation page with your order number will appear. You’ll also receive a confirmation email with your order summary and invoice.

Can I change my order after it’s placed?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we may be able to assist with changes. Please email us at info@serenato.com.au as soon as possible. During peak periods (such as holiday seasons), changes may not be possible once the order has been placed.

Can I place an international order?
Currently, we only ship within Australia.

Do you offer corporate or bulk gifting?
Absolutely! We’d love to help create meaningful gifts for your clients, team, or event. Email us at info@serenato.com.au to explore options tailored to your needs.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX
  • PayPal
  • AfterPay

For bank transfers, please contact us at info@serenato.com.au. We do not accept cash or cheques.

Processing & Dispatch

How long does it take to process my order?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once it’s been dispatched.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take, and when will my order arrive?
Most items are delivered within 7–15 business days from the date of dispatch. Deliveries are made during standard business hours, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). For detailed shipping timeframes and other delivery information, please visit our Shipping Policy page.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its journey to your selected shipping address.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?
We want you to love your purchase. Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless an item is damaged or broken upon arrival. If this happens, please contact us at info@serenato.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue. For full details, please refer to our Returns Policy.
